TM «Vershina Smaku» trademark has existed since 2003. But, despite its young age, it looks much more solid than many existing today. At first glance, it can be assumed that our trademark is at least 100 years old, and its founder is an industrialist of honorable origin from the times of the Kharkiv province.

TM “Vershina Smaku” obliges us to many things, and we respond to it. Our products are of excellent quality and we are building our future with economic scale.

Our company was born in 1992 as a small wholesale and retail food company. It was created by graduates of the Faculty of Engineering and Commodities of KhGUOP, who were still students at the time.
After 3 years (1995), the company concentrated on oil and fat products. Having become representatives of the company “Express Agro” (a large producer of mayonnaise), we sold 60-70% of its products.

In 2000, our company started working with ХХК as exclusive distributors in Kharkiv and representatives throughout Ukraine. Already in 2003, we created and put into production the new trademark “Vershina Smaku”.
In the same year, we started the construction of our own plant for the production of oil and fat products.

With the opening of the new Oil and Fat Plant (Novo-Vodolazky MZHK), the number of employees of our company has approached 100, and the total productivity of mayonnaise TM “Vershina Smaku” will be 700-800 tons per month. This is just the beginning. In the near future, a production line for dairy products, an oil refining and deodorization shop, and a margarine shop will also be opened at NVMZHK.
